Lokin’s work spans multiple mediums and disciplines, often expanding from the video screen into physical spaces through installations and performances. The work explores the intersection of practice and theory, fiction and reality, and the public and private self in a performative way—asking questions, embracing vulnerability, and maintaining a critical perspective. With a diaristic nature, the creations juxtapose diverse elements, often emerging from an emotional impulse or a sense of play.
